Greetings!
We are 3rd-Year BS Marketing students from the E.T. Yuchengco College of Business at Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna. As part of our course requirements in Marketing Research (C-MKT152), we are conducting a study on consumer behavior in TikTok live commerce. This survey examines how key TikTok Live features—specifically Time Scarcity (countdown timers), Quantity Scarcity (limited stock alerts), Promotional Intensity (vouchers, flash discounts), and Social Proof (viewer chat, real-time purchases)—drive Impulse Buying among consumers through Perceived Urgency and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO).
