How to use Google Forms with SurveySwap to get Respondents for Free
Did you use Google Forms as an external survey builder, and want to use SurveySwap to get respondents? In this easy guide, we will explain to you how to do it.
Video explanation for Importing a Google Form to SurveySwap:
Our platform works with credit links to import surveys that were made with external survey builders, like Google Forms, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or any other. If you use the survey builder from SurveySwap (by choosing to "create a survey"), you won't need to place a credit link.
(1) How do you find your credit link?
You click on ‘new survey’, ‘import survey’ and then you will have to fill out some information about your survey.
note: it is important to select the correct language you wrote your survey in, because only people who can speak the language you wrote your survey in, are able to fill it out.
(2) Paste the link in your Google Forms survey.
The next step is to complete your survey import by pasting the credit link in your external survey. Make sure you copy the credit link and go to the survey you’ve made with Google Forms.
So how do you place your SurveySwap link on Google Forms? When you are editing your survey on Google forms, you can click on settings.
Than click on presentation and here you can add a confirmation message.
The only thing you need to do is add the credit link to your confirmation message, and people will be able to collect their credits.
You need to make sure you post a credit link at the end of your survey. It is important to upload the link AFTER the submit button, so you will receive your respondents once they click on 'submit', and your respondents will receive their credits, once they click on the credit link.
Once you've pasted your unique link, you can go back to SurveySwap and continue by clicking on next.
